It was a great honor but at the same time a great pleasure to be the President of the XV World ICDS Congress. I want to thank all the support I had over the last year from the Board of ICDS and I have to name in particular Colette Veyrat, Julius Gardin, Alan Pearlman, Jorge Lowenstein, J. Geoffrey Stevenson, Jos Roelandt. Without their support, wisdom and help the Congress would never be such a success. I am very grateful to Enrique Tuero, Past President of ICDS because he trusted me and proposed to hold this Congress in Tyumen. I want to address my sincere thanks to all faculties for their brilliant lectures at the Congress and to all people who attended the meeting and helped us in its preparation. And I would like to thank the tremendous support from my team which as one my friend calls is a real “Dream Team”.

With best regards,
